From 30 October to 1 November 2026, Spoleto will once again be the capital of sweet delicacies.

The San Nicolò Monumental Complex is once again hosting Dolci d'Italia, the sweetest event of the year. 


From 30 October to 1 November 2026, don’t miss the usual, hugely popular exhibition and market, along with tastings, workshops and the many activities planned for young and old alike.
From north to south and across the islands, from the coast to the mountains, from ancient Greece through the Middle Ages to contemporary society, there are many influences that have shaped the wonderful desserts we enjoy today.

The Italian confectionery tradition is, in fact, as vast as the country’s abundant production of top-quality ingredients: we’re talking about dairy products, wheat, olive oil, butter, chocolate, ricotta, as well as fresh and dried fruit… Dolci d’Italia was created with the aim of promoting this vast culinary culture.

For three days, Spoleto will be the setting for a fascinating journey through the world of sweets, offering tasting and educational experiences for everyone: from food enthusiasts and connoisseurs to journalists, chefs, entrepreneurs and industry professionals.
